Well it is a weird night tonight, we was stuck in the house due to ice and sleet here the past couple of days, which was really nice to just spend time with each other and enjoy the company and the slow pace of a day. Tonight is just not as expected, funny how strange thoughts comes into your head, or at the moments notice a name of face just jumps in and you wonder where they are or what ever happened to. I sit here right now with a quick thought of a friend that left us a year ago, and think how sad it is to have lost them, and then as that one person crosses our minds, then we think of others that we have lost in years past, and it just makes the whole holiday season come into focus. Makes you think how much life and the love of each other is so much more important than the material aspect of the season. Gifts are only truly gifts if they touch your heart and soul, no material thing can ever do that, really. So as I sit here and think of the friends gone from this earth, ones that I will never give or get a christmas card from or to, I am thankful to at least know that I can share my love to my family and friends that are still with us this season. I just send my love and prayers and hope it falls on gods ears and he passes it along to my friends that have left us to soon. in the thoughts of Dan and Jesse,
